LSEM Resource Teacher
St. John’s Lutheran is seeking applicants for a part-time (50% equivalency) Resource Room Teacher position that contracts through Lutheran Special Education Ministries. This role involves providing individualized instruction to students, supporting teachers and parents, and developing educational plans. Qualified candidates should hold a teaching certificate, have reading interventionist and special education credentials, and possess at least a bachelor’s degree. The position is a ten-month contract with a salary range of $25,102–$39,025 annually, based on experience and education, and includes disability and 403(b) retirement benefits. Candidates who do not hold special education credentials but have a strong background in reading intervention are also encouraged to apply. We value experience in supporting student literacy growth and are open to applicants who can effectively provide targeted reading instruction and interventions to meet student needs.

Time to Grow Teacher’s Aide Fall 2026 (Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten)
Do you love helping young children grow, play, and discover God’s love each day? St. John’s Lutheran School is looking for a caring and energetic Early Childhood Teacher’s Aide to join our Time to Grow team in the fall of 2026!
This position helps support children as they learn, build friendships, explore, and grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually in a loving Christian environment. The Teacher’s Aide works closely with teachers and families to help create a safe, joyful, and nurturing classroom for our youngest learners.
