St. John’s families with 3-year-olds (preschool and Pre-K children) and 3rd graders are invited to celebrate an exciting milestone: receiving their own Bible! Please register below for the appropriate Bible Extravaganza so we can have a Bible ready for your child.
3-Year-Old Bible Extravaganza
Preschool and Pre-K children are invited to receive their own Bible during the 9:30 AM Education Hour on Sunday, September 20.
Parents will have an opportunity to write a special blessing in their child’s Bible and learn ways to use it together at home. Families are also invited back for Bible Story Night on Thursday, September 24 from 5:30–6:30 PM, featuring pizza, family activities, and stations centered on the Creation Story.
Children who have not yet received their Bible will also be able to receive one at Bible Story Night.
3rd Grade Bible Extravaganza
Our 3rd graders will receive their Bibles during worship on Sunday, September 20, at either the 8:00 AM or 10:45 AM service.
Families are also invited to a special Bible orientation on Tuesday, September 22 at 6:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall.
