Words of Hope and Encouragement
Dear St. John's Family,

David faced some difficult times and he turned to the Lord in prayer when he wrote, “In you, O Lord, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to shame; deliver me in your righteousness.  Turn your ear to me, come quickly to my rescue; be my rock of refuge, a strong fortress to save me. Since you are my rock and my fortress, for the sake of your name lead and guide me.” (Psalm 31:1-3)

We are facing times we’ve never experienced in our lifetime and we, too, turn to the Lord in prayer.  “Lord God, You are my rock and my fortress.  Though the ground beneath my feet seems to be shaken, because I stand on You, I will not be moved!  You have called me by name and I belong to You alone.  O Lord, grant me eyes to see Your guidance and the trust to follow where You lead.  Amen”

We encourage you to gather your family together and set aside some time to worship with us online  We also continue to provide a Lenten Devotion on Wednesdays.
Our Sunday worship service will be livestreamed on Facebook at 9:30 and will remain available on Facebook. Later in the day, the service will also be available on our church YouTube channel which you can access with the link below.

During these uncertain times, we can be certain of God's promise to provide.  St. John's ministry of hope and outreach continues to find new ways to share Jesus. We encourage you to mail your tithes and offerings or take advantage of Online Giving.
